Shipping Policy

All shipments are automated and labels are created by one of either Purolator, Canada Post, or Xpresspost.  Options are posted for Canadian shipping, American shipping, and International shipping.

Depending on the option selected shipping may be as fast as 4 days or can take as long as multiple weeks, depending on what express option you select at checkout.  If fast shipping is important to you there is likely an available option.  We cannot guarantee the speed of shipment, as it is based on a third-party companies such as those listed above, and ultimately they are responsible for getting the product from our warehouses to you.  If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

If you would like to see what the cost of shipping would be without going into the payment portal you may use the "Get Shipping Estimates" feature found immediately below the Order Summary when you are looking at your cart.  This will show you all available shipping options and costs for the country you are shipping to.

As stated in the Return and Refund Policy, we do not cover the costs of the shipment of the return.  If you choose to return an item and you have a problem, please let us know.  We are not responsible for the cost of the return.
